Warm water. Use towel or soft tissue to wipe off the excess. Do not use Qtips as they will just push the wax deep into your canal where you will have a lot of trouble getting it out.
If you want to clear the wax that's deep inside the ear canal, use olive oil which will soften it and then just rinse gently with water.
