As a punk fan I don't believe in punk jazz. Jazz is as complex as Punk is not. Midori is good though.

I think you're kinda right. Punk and Jazz are incompatible things, and I belive that there is nor such thing as punk-jazz, but there is a type of punk that uses some melodies that are not so common in punk and in those cases may be appropriate to call it "Punk Jazz"
