I couldn't find shit other than some guys on youtube who make their own stuff and put it there, but I want to know if you guys know some albums like this or some artists or anything

Yea I read on death industrial and everything, what I was talking about was some blend of harsh noise that follows musicality other than random noise being produced with no order, I literally got that shit out of wikipedia:

In my understanding "power noise" as a specific genre has little to nothing to do with actual noise music, and is maybe just harsher than regular hardcore techno or whatever, but death industrial might be what you're looking for
