Everyone knows about them but the police can't do anything without serious evidence. A few years ago they robbed a poker event and got like half a million out of it. Shindy the other guy in the video even says he hangs with poker robbers.
They are pretty open about it too but as i said without real evidence they can't do anything.

I live in berlin and it's save to live here but there is also a lot of criminal activity. Almost every street here has like 3-5 machines casinos who are used to wash dirty money but the police doesn't even have to resources to go after them
