Should I even bother listening to this? I saw it under shoegaze in the record store the other day and the guy was telling me how much it sucked compared to Loveless
It's their worst record. Not really worth listening to.

This is way different from their later efforts. Definatly no hint of noise pop or shoegaze. It's basically just post-punk, so if post-punk is up your alley give it a listen. Also, don't consult /mu/ for what to listen to.

Loveless is much better but if you are big into shoegaze you should still listen to it
