This, Black Rider is GOAT in my opinion. It's like Wait's version of SMiLE.
The Heart of Saturday Night is probably top 3 for me. Even if his early material isn't your favorite period of his, it's still an essential.
I'd say Orphans and Blue Valentine OP

Oh god oh man oh god... Umm umm umm. The Heart of Saturday Night has stronger writing. Blue Valentine is great but the Waits perfected this kinda style on Rain Dogs.
