What happened to /hhg/? Anyways, opinions on Yung Thug's Hercules, City Shawn's Forever 2 album, and also pic related? Some of my recent downloads.

tripfags like any other general ruined /hhg/. but I think child protective services came and took kendrick=booty away so maybe it can come back
I've missed out on a lot of hip-hop this year. Can anyone refer me to some essential releases this year? I've listened to the main releases from Drake, Kendrick, Future, etc. but besides that I haven't really caught up with the genre this year.
That new Dreamville album is just meh. Cole has been improving but the rest of the members of the label are just average. Lute is nice tho, he sounds promising.
I listen to a lot of cloud rap (I know aka meme rap) and i love the sound of it for some reason, it just makes me feel good. I thinks thats all that matters. Don't get me wrong music should have a message but it should also be based on how it makes you feel. I hope this makes sense family.
Hercules is one of thuggas best tracks hands down

my problem with rae sremmurd is that they kidz bop pop rap, yet also try to bring the "odd" inflections to make it sound like they aren't generic as fuck. i'll give them that they have some pretty good hooks but sremmlife to me is nothing but boring straight through. all praises to you if you think otherwise but i won't be holding my breath for them to put out anything great until their voices drop

Anyone hear this project? What did you think of it? I hadn't heard of Homeboy Sandman until after this was announced, but I really like what I've heard so far. I wasn't sure if he'd be able to keep up with Aesop, but surprisingly he pulled it off.
