FIFH has been hardcore promoting it here for years now. But in general it is very much on the rise and there are a lot of bands hoping on the trend.
Just post black metal in the normal general. NBBMN is only supposed to be a one-month thing, nothing is more sad than seeing people trying to make continuing generals that die in double digit posts.
