IMO it's pretty overrated, it's probably the most catchy and accessible of their album after the latest one.

Metalcore is short for metallic hardcore, so there is no real difference.
I suppose metallic hardcore is also primarily used when talking about the old 90s stuff to differentiate it from the scenecore bands of the 00s who kinda tainted the term "metalcore". Just like some people use the term skramz when they want to talk about orchid and such as opposed to bullet for my valentine or whatever.
