bro you're tripping. kid a uses electronics more artfully than most idm artists and this is coming from a guy who loves all that 90s warp shit, jaar, tim hecker, all of lopatins work, all that shit. Bjork's great. She's a genius, but her best albums can't touch Radiohead's.
That being said OK computer is severely overrated (pretty "ok" album in hindsight), and hail to the thief is one of the most disappointing regressions in music history.
In Rainbows is super solid and pretty. If there's any genius in that album, it's in the simplicity of it.
