Nas absolutely destroyed Jay Z in their feud and I've always thought Nas to be the superior rapper in almost every regard. There are some Jay Z tracks I really like and would even call classics along with maybe Reasonable Doubt.
What I don't like about Jay Z is how he eventually just started cashing in on his success and releasing some really boring shit, although Watch the Throne was great I don't like almost any of his newer shit. He's always been upfront about his love for money over anything including his rap career though and I guess I sort of respect that, he says it himself in some of his lyrics, "We live money over bitches nigga stick to the script."
