Only a few companies do, but they exist

The best djent bands are the ones that focus more on atmosphere than anything else. I think uneven structures do a pretty good job of this, same with vildhjarta though they get a little samey. Overall it's a genre that didn't have a lot to offer so it died a death.

It's actually a crossover guitar/bass instrument that Ibanez made a few years back. They do have a 6 string hybrid for sale now though.

There's a fantastic artist called Chimp Spanner whose psychadelic djent sound is pure bliss to me. Easily as good as AaL 2bh
