I am bad at having thoughts, tell me what the consensus on this board is. i.e. what musicians do we like/hate
>>60803488
its very good, def their best release since syd barrett left

>i.e. what musicians do we like/hate
I'm confused, are you asking about that album or about /mu/ as a whole?
>>60803488
>/mu/ is one person
>>60803626
mu as a whole, That is just a random album cover from my pirate folder
>>60803652
This should give you an idea friend.
The album you just posted
Is the worst.
So disappointing.
>>60803689
If you listen to it as background music it ain't that bad, I found it very relaxing
>>60803672
That's actually really cool, I'm into prog so I'll skim it for that. Never liked king crimson though
>>60803689
>>60803704
I mostly use it for background music too. Not their best but at least it doesn't have the fucking alarms in it that Dark Side has
>>60803720
>Never liked king crimson though
Welp, that's a shame, here's another chart of prog rock only. Read the sticky for more like these. Enjoy your stay btw.
>>60803739
If you know when the alarms are going to begin you can anticipate that, lol is that seriously a downside you find in TDSOTM?
>>60803756
I think I'm a modern prog rock fan. Which may be one of the smallest genres in existance. I like new takes on prog rock like Porcupine Tree and Riverside. Those are my two favorite bands right now
>>60803756
and thanks, you are kind
>>60803806
So you don't like classic prog? what the heck mang
>>60803776
Yes, I'm relaxing or am doing something else then bam, its like the fucking police sirens in songs now adays
>>60803835
I primarily like newer prog rock/metal like the latest two albums by Opeth.
I like some classic prog rock though. I love Yes except for the shrill squeaking of the singer for example. And I like some pink floyd and Secret Oyster which is an old one.
