1-get drone doom emtal sgon
2-use low pass filter to make silent all sounds above 400 hz
3-use bitcrusher to turn this into 2 bit song, all silent samples continue silent and all the non silent become max volume
4-do step 2 again
5-remove clipping if your program or equivapent allow it, audacity new versions allow it, samples higher than -0db become +Xdb that can be reduced
