You can absolutely buy or rent beats from a mainstream producer. They will just be super expensive. The smarter thing would be to find a more unknown producer online to do "that" type of beat. There are literally thousands of up an coming people online trying to get beats out there. You could probably get them for free if you just do a little networking. I literally talked to kids in europe that have heard shit that ive made on soundcloud, and just given them beats.
