Arca's music is pretty dark and nihilistic. While I find other producers like Clams Casino and Fly Lo a bit more optimistic and caught between emotions of sadness and happiness
Of course a "non rock" nihilist project could be Dan Barrett's Black Wing electronic project
Vince Staple's summertime 06 is kinda nihilistic in that he promotes nothing, just narrates what he sees and knows and doesn't offer much resolutions at all.
