What does /mu/ think of Aphex Twin?

Generally liked, Ambient Works is in somewhat /mu/-core. Haven't listened to his newer stuff yet, but Richard D. James is my favorite Bleep record of all time.

Top tier, as a person he's completely full of shit but he's got some seriously great albums that are contenders for GOAT album in their respective genres.

His ambient stuff is overrated, but IDM (drukqs) is godlike

Love him. don't think he is the goat of electronic music
but Love his wacky lying persona and the fact he has a ton of material the he loves releasing to his fans. wish more artist had that way of thinking especially when they have retired.
