While I think it's overrated, Loveless has always given me the feeling of being a carefree, confused, passionate adolescent. Idk maybe that's because I got into it as a sophomore in high school, but I think it's probably the tone.

Weezer is actually specifically college.
Blue Album is the fun in the summer right before freshmen year. Pinkerton is a heavy angsty time because you're not actually emotionally ready for college. All the albums after that are you trying very hard to enjoy college because it's "the best years of your life". All the way into your 30s.
