I only recently started collecting, so these are all I have.

Just listened to two of those today. Not bad at all
>>60581408
>vashti bunyan
nice
>>60581408
Unknown Mortal Orchestra are so under appreciated
>>60581408
Recommend collecting Frank Zappa records- mother fuckers go up in value like you wouldn't believe.
Also- He's just an amazing musician to listen to- especially from 1966 - 1981
nice UMO lp
Nice. I also bought it a while back. Not content with the quality of the sleeve though. What's your setup like?
Sorry for the tilted image. On mobile.
>>60581672
Pretty pleb, as you can see.
I have a set of Logitech speakers on my desk that you can't see here.

It's cool anon. We all had to start somewhere. You're building a nice collection already.
<noveller records I got the other day
>>60581408
Nice, dude. I have Forever Changes, looking to get Pink Moon. It's been hard to find Divers under like $35
>>60581867
I found my copy of PM on sale in HMV, funnily enough.
>>60581408
Thought the bottom middle one was Gareth Dickson at first. Would've been fitting. I guess this is a rec now.
>>60582773
The Nick Drake influence is real. It kind of sounds like he's doing an impersonation. Pretty, though.

Allah Las is so fucking good
This entire thread makes me cringe harder than r/vinyl. And that was r/vinyl from like 4 years ago. I don't even want to know how bad it is now.
>>60584123
What exactly were you expecting?
Cost $50 but it was worth it.
It's numbered too which is neat.
>>60585246
I waste a lot of money on records, but sorry m8 50$ is way to much for this.
Nevertheless, this LP is amazing and I also have it on vinyl, mine cost 23$~
>>60585398
I'm Canadian and records cost $30 on average. This was $45 before tax and the price was the same at both record shops.
Just curious, did you also get this pressing for $23? (Clear vinyl, limited to 4000, numbered)

Buying 5 more on friday innit
>>60585441
No, I got the regular one. I didn't mean that you overpaid for this record, just that it's kinda too much to spend on one record, but then again, I used to go out of Record stores with 200$ worth of both CD's and LP's so I'm not sure if I'm one to talk.
got dese

Although Nick Drake is my favourite artist, even I have to admit that I dislike most of Bryter Layter.
Northern Sky and Fly are the highlights, and even they don't hold a candle to anything on Pink Moon. Nice to own, though.
>>60581808
oh cool, noveller's great and it's nice to see someone with lesser known artists stuff
>>60586014
damn good taste
I have a ton (wallsized bookcase full, most are my dads). will post my favorites later if the thread's still up.

So I just started getting into collecting where do you guys go to get your vinyl
>>60590136
HMV, discogs, label websites, band websites, 3rd party pressing sites, local independent store that hasn't re-opened since closing their previous premises, second hand record shop, record fair that happens every few months in the city. Rarely Amazon
That sorta thing
Anyone else's come yet?
I managed to get the clear electric blue and GOD DAMN is it gorgeous.
