Its a little straightforward. I like the improvisations and fun that their earlier music had.
Crooked is a mature album from a band growing out of immaturity. Still amazing though.

I can't really pick a favorite Pavement album.

It's definitely between this, Slanted, and Wowee Zowee.

All solid albums to be desu

I think WZ is the best
grounded and pueblo are their two best songs (excluding non-album releases) and the album is the perfect combination of all the different styles of pavement
