My idea was always to combine glam with grunge, the two hated enemies.

Honestly, I used to pray for a grunge revival when i was younger, but Ive come to the conclusion that grunge is just horrible. The greatest revival grunge gave us as of right now I think is the trend towards heavier guitars in rock music. But "grunge", as in corny mid to late 90s rock doesnt need to be revived. It should stay dead. That band is also the most pretentious shit Ive heard in a while, and Ive been listening to everything from 2008 onwards,

This is what i predict happeniing, a great grunge revival will start to be born, and then halfway through the grunge revival across the pond, the brits will revive britpop.
Another thing that will happen is that EDM scene will move to the east coast and get much darker, this will start the industrial revival and the nine inch nails rip off bands.
In hip hop, party rap will die and there will be a gangsta rap revival led by kendrick who will do his best imitation of tupac by being the gangsta poet.
