It's one of my favorites on the /mu/core chart, but it seems like we should take it off.

It's light years far away from being AnCo's best album but it's still fantastic.

It's good if you like psychedelia ^_^
I enjoyed the first 3 times or so. Now I just find it boring, mainly just got tired of the psychedelic pop sound. I need some time before I listen to it again and can fully enjoy it again.

I do agree with you on STGSTV but while HCTI is good it's NOT one of their best albums.
Personally I think we should remake the /mu/ core chart every year. Some albums will stay on, some will go. This will keep it's place on the older charts, but it's time to update.

Merriweather still gets spammed more than any album that's come out since, which is the whole point of /mu/core.
The essentials chart is a different beast though.
