Berghain is cool and if you're desperate to go I'd suggest you go early Saturday night, start queuing just after midnight. You'll probably be in line for an hour, maybe more, but if you get turned away you'll have plenty of time to head somewhere else. If I was in Berlin for a weekend, I'd probably want to check out Griessmuehle, Sisyphos, About Blank, Kater Blau. Your best bet though is definitely checking out RA's club listings for Berlin and choosing what you think looks good.

Depends on what you like.
Check RA events and see if anyone you like is playing and the supports will be solid, and basically every club that isn't a total tourist trap in Berlin is good.
If you are into banging techno obviously try Berghain but I honestly don't think it is worth the hassle for Panorama Bar if you'd prefer house.

There is a good party on at Arena on friday so go to that, Homopatik is on at about:blank all weekend which is really fun but only go if you are okay with gays, if you see posters around about Sysiphius that's pretty fun (it's only on when posters are up around the city) and goes all weekend.
Saturday Berghain lineup isn't anything special that weekend desu but if you wanna go then give it a shot.
