The problem looks like your B string, I'd look and see if maybe a piece is bent or something, looks easily fixable.

you need to adjust the truss rod and the bridge tension when you change gauge.
tighten the springs you dip

It's this. Did you install heavier gauge strings? Things like that change your set up, you need to tighten your tremolo bridge springs in the back.
