Seems like a solid 9/10 album.
It's INSANELY good, just wow.

The levels of sheer adrenaline and energy in this album are absolutely exceptional, and the sound experimentation is insanely creative and unique.

Honestly, i heard 3 Melt Banana albums so far: Fetch, Cell Scape, and now Charlie, all of them were solid 9/10, i don't want to conclude which one is better yet.
