Threads like this give me so much confidence and a strange desire to help some of you up to at least mu core, but that's against my best interests at my current point. Soon for my stuff though.
All I can say is listen with more than your ears, they're very biased and liars because they come from the land of head. Also Light and Shade, that's really fucking important, like one can not stress how important light and shade is and a lot of you are doing that introvert thing where you listen to your music too quiet and you set your levels incorrectly. You can tell because the tracks are getting worse as I turn them up on a speaker. This is important because you're completely missing all the easy to fix shit that stands out when the track opens up, like absurdly out of tune instruments, which is fine when done intentionally, but not when it's unintentional. You know be confident about your music and play it like you want other people to hear it.
