I use audacity and make multiple parts of raw data. Then I go to FL to mix (and master) it. Then I use goldwave and ableton to mix it even more.
I have more daws but I'm still learning how to use them, once I do learn those daws I'll probably use those in some way

I use FL studio, and yeah the mastering is harsh on some of the tracks. Its pretty damn difficult to master a track when the sample is low quality to begin with. If you listen to tonight and then Santa Monica, you can definitely hear the difference in quality.
