it's really a great album, and i honestly didn't have super high hopes. art has grown on me too.

I'm glad these tracks feel weighted and serious with intent, unlike Xen that just felt like wandering scraps of ideas that didn't matter where they went or when they finished.
I'm also really glad this brings percussion back into it a lot, some tight off-kilter clicks and pops that I missed from the Stretch 2 days.
Also actual harmony going on in some tracks really adds a lot of difference, I'm happy to see he's back on point in his game, I liked some of Xen but I had my doubts, especially with this one being over an hour long and all.
