Your own ignorance of the area aside, you must understand beauty is subjective, so there can be no "most beautiful musician alive", just as there can be no "most beautiful painting", no "best written novel", no "most nonchalant cowboy", etc.
There is no sense in which any one particular person can be said to be the most beautiful anything, beauty cannot be measured and is not constant from person to person. Anthropologists have determined that beauty is culturally based, that is, someone from a culture different to your own will have their own perception of the relative levels of beauty in different people. Beauty is not a simple measure like length or temperature that you can measure in any objective way, because beauty is not found in the object which is beautiful - rather it is emergent from your own mind, subject to all the biases and idiosyncrasies that come with it. You may well believe that she is the most beautiful musician alive, but in reality I highly doubt that you have personally viewed every living musician, which is the amount of knowledge needed for even a subjective judgement that sweeping. Even if you adjusted your initial question to "Is she the most beautiful musician I've ever seen" we immediately run into problems, we have no way of knowing which musicians you've seen in your life, and you have probably seen living musicians whom you don't remember well enough that you've included in the comparison.
In addition to subjectivity between people, there may be subjectivity within yourself. I imagine that your current idea of beauty is affected by your current state of mind, and hence by seemingly irrelevant factors such as how much sleep you got, how hungry you are, when you last masturbated, etc. Thus we see that even a single person claiming a particular person is the most beautiful person they've ever seen, in their own opinion, cannot be consistent with themselves.
