>>54332437
it's the circle of 5ths
>>54332561
Revenge of the 5ths?
>>54332601
circle of siths
So does anyone have a chart of scales and the chords that go with them?
>>54333040
look out kids its a big one
>>54333040
if only there was some sort of easy to read chart that had harmonic scale mapped on it
a circle would be ideal, imo.
>>54333295
I'm talking a jazz scales and their fucky 11y 13y half diminished cheat sheet kind of chart.

>>54333040
>>54333454
That's it. Where'd you get it from?
>>54333454
On the CMaj(7+11), what's 'in sen' mean?
>>54333564
it means a cmaj7 add 11. in this case 11 is an F.
in c major lydian is the 4th mode and the root note is F.

You get a pass because I think you're the chap who found the chart. Work on your reading comp

Music Theory limits your creativity
>>54333861
i feel like this is bait, but idk anymore
>>54333040
if you are able to play the chord, you should know which notes you play therefore you know what "scale" you should use
just learn your scales, this >>54333454 is fucking pointless
How do I know how many bars to have of a certain chord thingy?
Like why does it only feel right with 4 bars of 1-4 chords, and then repeating /switching?
>>54334105
I know the scales but this is about learning things that mightn't be directly obvious to the ear. We're not all pitch perfect.
>>54333777
It's okay babe.
>>54335631
because we were raised on this system.
