I can not rec this album more if you enjoy marimba playing! Keiko Abe is hands down one of the greatest marimba players of all time. Her raw talent in performance and capacity of music knowledge is phenomenal. I had the privilege of going to one her master classes. She STRAIGHT SITE READ A WHOLE FUCKING 7 PAGE 4 MALLET PIECE IT WAS THE TITS!

It was amazing. The greatest classical performance I've ever seen. She has one of her master classes on YouTube where she plays "Prism" in Taiwan. It is one of her original pieces. I have played this before and it is a great solo work for two mallet wether for a intermediate or expert player. The beginning has no meter and shit.
