Whenever life gets hard and I'm being all mopey listening to Pinkerton and I want to snap out of it I throw on Born to Run. One of the most hopeful albums I've ever listened to. I've never heard a song where 80% of the lyrics are all about becoming something better, especially with the prose he has.
But I used to listen to Thunder Road and Born to Run a lot when I was starting to get with this girl and used to replace "Mary" and "Wendy" with her name and now this album makes me kind of sad too.
