Any band that identifies as math rock is normally shitty, Thers a million generic bandcamp "math" bands that all sound the same. Listen to Don Cab, Tera Melos, Hella and just stop after that.

Check out Fall of Troy (Doppleganger or Manipulator) or The Number Twelve Looks Like You (Mongrel or Sad.Nuclear.Sad)
These bands fall under a more "hardcore" spectrum but they're also some of the mathiest bands I know. Lots of crazy shit going on throughout.
