I tried to get one of my songs on one of those musical toothbrushes but I don't think it's possible

Okay, here's a shot with an open back for clarity
I'm going to use cheap airplane-style headphones, the kind where both side are connected to the cord, not just one. I'll break the headband part so that I will be able to spread them apart. I'll harness one to each side and then harness the mp3 player behind the hole so that the buttons are accessible. I will also put a hole somewhere to feed a charging cable through so that the listening will never end.
My current selections for the headphones and mp3 players are:

in lieu of an indent, do this:
make a mold of the listener's face, and create a concrete bowl out of the hollow. upend it so it faces the sky, and glue it to the listening station.
now, instead of a comfortable resting spot, they have to look down at their face, and press down on it with their head. only those truly committed to the music will crush their actual face into a concave crater of mangled flesh and bone. and they will appreciate the music more than anything else they have in their entire life (and not just because they die moments later). trenches in the surface of the box collect blood and other by-products, safely depositing them in a bucket for sanitary disposal
