Bad demonstration, op. The "Show Clipping" feature in audacity only checks for peaks above the 0dB threshold. If you download the songs in flac, they mastering engineer usually hard limits to -0.1db so nothing goes over the 0dB threshold, and that's just cutting extra peaks off. There's still clipping.
