It's my favourite album of the year so far, any genre. There are still some I intend to check out though. Probably a lot more once people start publishing their "best of the year" lists.

I don't think talking about "electronic music" is relevant if you're going to include genres that can exist without electronic sounds, or genres that are not predominantly electronic but can still include electronic sounds. That would cover most of popular music nowadays.
Actually "electronic music" is so broad I almost never use the word; when I do, I usually mean techno, house, breakbeat, IDM (yeah I know, "IDM is not a genre", whatever) and maybe one or two other genres I'm forgetting now, but not hip hop or industrial.
