Chippendale has a lot of speed but most of his work (at least with Lightning Bolt, he gets more experimental on Black Pus) is heavily based on short loops that he cicles round and round, so from a purely technical standpoint I'd choose Zach Hill
As a better drummer overall I'd pick Brian Chippendale, he's jammy as shit
