I'm trying to make some sense out of this. bunkai-kei records is, as far as I know, a records company wich has go-qualia contracted and they make music under the Creative commons License.
But do they really make free music? What style are they? I really like their music but I can't seem to find any similar groups except for the one´s associated with bunkai-kei.
well you can dl almost everything for free from their site, so yes.

my favs are y0c1e, notuv, Puella Magi 000, Through the looking glass, Dissolve Miku Slowly in Waveform, but really all the albums have samples with the dl links, just check some out
If you want similar stuff, try virgin babylon records, the label that go-qualia is currently signed to. N-qia, matryoshka, world's end girlfriend, Kashiwa Daisuke and XINLISUPREME are all worth checking out.
