I feel like there's something there, but the person has quite fleshed out their ideas fully, they aren't sure if they want to take the bubble gum styling to full parody or if it's just an element of something more. The songs also sound, to me, like they are missing a few layers, like there isn't much more to hear after one or two listens, but maybe that's just my personal taste. Regardless I think they can only get better from here so I think they are someone to watch, but they sound nothing like death grips and I have no idea what you were thinking relating them together.
