some clash songs could be classified as punk reggae. a lot of second and third wave ska, like sublime, could be seen that way as well.

a lot heavier shoegaze like Swervedriver is basically psychedelic grunge.
i don't know of any rap with beats made of surf rock samples but i am 100% sure it exists.
there is lots of lo-fi punk like Dwight Sykes, Wicked Witch and Connan Mockasin, all weirdo stuff.
Bad Brains is reggae-punk. as in, reggae and punk.
i guess in some ways SpaceGhostPurrp is blackened hip-hop. 4AD signed him for a reason.
