Brian Wilson was burnt out on drugs and put out an early synth pop album made mostly on moogs. Probably the most eccentric album he ever released.
The lyrics are...sometimes bizarre and even a little creepy but also some of the most genuine and heartfelt Brian ever wrote with songs vaguely referencing his mental breakdown and his place in the band.
Most of the songs feel a little unhinged and bar maybe his self titled, Brian never topped this album in his late career.
Why do punk and metal have the most insufferable fanbases?
Because they perceive themselves as tragic figures since they gravitate towards music with ostracizing imagery
This in turn alienates them from the norm and further divided them from other groups of people like you and I. Even though I like a bit of metal and more punk but don't align myself with their fashion and behaviors

Underrated digits
because your only exposure to either is through dumb edgekid teenagers who don't actually know anything about them
Does he always take his shirt off when they practice?
>>66003959
Probably. I'm sure he gets pretty sweaty yelling so it helps cool down
He's actually never worn a Shirt

What is your opinion on Duran Duran?
Not the best New Wave act (at least in any substantial non-style-centred capacity) but I like their album 'Rio' enough. Straddles the line between guilty pleasure and worthwhile listening for me.

My favourite track by them.
Where do I start with her?
Homogenic, of course
With her first album, as you would any other artist.

So I've started learning notation and i have no fucking clue what a clef is supposed to do, Help.
to help with writing for instruments that use that particular range

The G or treble clef wraps around the note G, the F or bass clef marks the F note between the two dots, and the C clef marks C and is movable to indicate Tenor, Alto, Soprano, Baritone and so on. Once the note is established by the clef the musical alphabet lays across the staff in both directions, alphabetical order going up, and the reverse going down, from line to space. So in the G clef or treble clef you see that the line the giant G encircles is the G note, the space above that G is A, the space below that...
