Dear /mu/,
I kindly request your support helping me to find a certain band/ album. I can olny remember the cover, so this might be a tough job. Please excuse me for my bad English, but this is not my native language.
Description of the album cover: Generally, the cover is very dark. Only one person is shown (top half of it, front view), long white hair, huge glasses, starring directly at the viewer. the person was connected to/holding many wires.
Music: slow electronic (i am normally not into this genre, so the genre might not be too specific), melancholic, the singers were humming or slowly speaking with clenched lips.
Pic somehow related: Results from my desperate google search
I really hope that someone remembers this album cover or the band and can help me out. It was once part of my music database, which I unfortunately deleted, because I switched to streaming.

Why did they have to fuck this great album up so badly with "the gift".
I hate the thought of skipping songs in an album but jesus christ "the gift" makes it almost impossible not to.

Number Girl. Some of their stuff sounds a little Pillows-ish (though Pillows is not punk and toned down like 90% compared to this). Acidman maybe?
Also not really sounding similar, but shoutouts to bloodthirsty butchers and Lostage for other punk bands worth checking out.
