What cities do /mu/tants live in? How would you rate the music scene in your area?
San Francisco Bay Area: The music scene here is pretty strong. There's a strong local Hip Hop scene in Oakland, while Berkeley has a lively punk scene that is accentuated by lively DIY venues like the Gilman. San Francisco has a pretty sizable club music scene with a lot of LBGT influence. What about you, ./mu/?

Houston here. We have a pretty nice country scene. not that many huge artists but all the little guys who play the bars are pretty nice. also houston has one of the best hip hop cities in the country.

What didn't you like about it? I think it was a great mix of pop sensibilities and interesting instrumentation and sounds. Some songs are both creepy, poppy and sexy at the same time, something which I find really intriguing.
