Such a perfect day....

Steven Tyler is a great musician and excellent since though. Not as influential as Bowie, but inspirational in his own right for a lot of later rock acts. As with Mick Jagger, the same can be said. More so.

I'm not saying he wasn't, but to completely discredit Jagger is foolish.
this is the worst quirky indie shit ever

AntiWarhol likes it, so you're automatically wrong. On top of that, CLT likes it, so you're double-wrong.
Legitimate side project or meme band?

AoL are great. The writing in that screenshot sounds like an intro to one of my essays from my post-16 days
New Mother is pretty GOAT
>one of the most important conductors and composers of the 20th century dies, nobody gives a shit
>some flamboyant 70s teen pop rock junkie dies, whole world bawwing their eyes out despite knowing and caring fuck all about him otherwise
Why is this allowed?

I love them, one of my favourites.

They've been my favorite band since I was for 8 years.
SWISH is 16 songs, will have 4 bonus tracks on second disk. However iTunes version will release 1 week before CD version so we wont hear the 4 bonus tracks until Feb 19th. Wolves, Fade, and I Feel Like That ARE on the album.
Travis' new album is called After Party and will release in July. So far it features Drake, Kid Cudi, Kanye, The Weeknd and Future. He's trying to limit his features.

Why would they be on an album by a britpop band?
When I found out Bowie died, one of the things to pop into my head is the resemblance to Dilla's death. Both were musicians acclaimed for their work and beloved by many in their respective genres. Both happened to die few days after they released a critically acclaimed album. Then it started to get a bit weirder. They died 10 years apart from each other. Then I noticed that their deaths happened around the same time of year. Coincidence? Some crazy theory as to why this is? I'm not sure. Just thought it was a interesting coincidence. Rest in Peace Bowie.
J Dilla was a fucking hack who didn't write songs. He took melodies from songs made my real musicians, then looped them over a generic drum beat to make them as pleb friendly/ringtone ready as possible.
Literally a glorified remix DJ at best

David Bowie was a songwriter.

Let's be honest. Drake > David Bowie
He's is 10000x more relevant now than David Bowie ever was.
He's already had a shit ton of more charting singles (and the dude isn't even 30 yet) and has completely defined a generation. The guy has been on a victory lap for 2 years now and there's no signs of it slowing down.
Hell, the biggest song of 2015 was a throwaway b-side.
In before a bunch of fedora rockists from /pol/ try to tell me different.
