actually vinyl is bad for albums that flow seamlessly from one track to the next, and interrupts your music

I personally think it's pretty good, yes it lacks the angry, emotionality of the 90s era, but I still like how Trent's skills as a musician have cultivated over the years, we can see how much he's grown as an artist. Idk, I think Hesitation Marks reflects on that
I was just let down because I liked the single a lot, and the album ended up being really boring for me. Its mediocre when compared to the older stuff that is godly sometimes.

I think HM is more atmospheric than emotional because Reznor HAS mellowed out a lot now, he's said in many interviews he's happy now, so I think that might be why? I find that the better music comes from more raw emotion, but that's just me lol

I was there at the Hurricane festival when Bowie did his last big gig and where he had that heart attack on stage in 2004.
He performed the whole setlist but just mentioned something like: "Wow, I am really getting cold. Guess I am not the youngest anymore." And changed his normal Reality Tour oufit to a warmer hoodie / sweater during the last few songs.
