What's the most overrated album of all time?

Shitty rapping with shitty lyrics over poverty techno beats and people say it's a classic or some shit.
And if you disagree you'll get flooded with people telling you that "you don't understand" or that "you had to be there to appreciate it". If it was truly great, surely anyone could appreciate its greatness?
I want to make a chart for records every hip-hop fan should've heard, and needs to hear to understand the genre.
What would you add/take away? I'm largely ignorant towards west-coast hip-hop, are my choices the best ones? Is the message even relevant? Should TCQ be added?
