OKay, I need help /mu/. I just finished listening to this man's entire discography and it felt like I was forcing myself to watch a movie I hated. It's literally just dadrock song after dadrock song with shitty riff after shitty riff. The lyrics are cringy and have been touched upon by many artists before him to death. I'm actually mad. I don't get it. What am I missing? Do people think he's a legend and an icon for his image? If so then that would make total sense. Sitting through this guy's music was a snoozefest. I honestly thought the shitpoters...

I buy them occasionally. I think I have around 30. I'd get more if I could find stuff I wanted in stores but most stuff I want I have to order on Amazon or something and don't like having to wait.

I don't mind the wait, it gives me something to look forward to. It is a shame stores don't carry what we're interested in though. I look for stuff from collector-oriented labels like Bear Family and Ace Records.

CDs are pretty great. I've been going back to CDs lately, because vinyl is too expensive and I was running out of room for records (plus being able to easily rip the audio is nice). I'm running out of room for CDs now though, so I dunno. I currently have around 300, plus a big box of shitty CDs I have from my teenage years.

Specifically not blues rock but whatever, odds are if you like blues rock you like country rock.
Truckers, Kickers, Cowboy Angels: The Blissed Out Birth of Country Rock vol 1-8 is recommended for all fans of roots related rock. It covers a lot of ground.

Kiran Leonard was listening to Zappa, Boredoms, Sunn O))) and Stockhausen at 13 and at 20 has at least 15 LPs in his back catalog.
He has just released one of the best albums of the year so far, Grapefruit, a mixture of Experimental, Math and Prog Rock.
If you haven't heard it, please take a listen.
