I'm looking for something that will make you tired, something that's totally easy on the mind and sort of spacey. Nothing up beat, I want like floating through the void type stuff. Thank you. Something hypnotic that doesn't have too much change in tempo or sounds. Slowcore is one thing, but I'd prefer something else because I've been eating up slowcore for years.

I have no clue why, but after I listened to 'The United States of America' for a couple of days after I found it, I have become literally sick by it. Literally. The very sound of it made me nauseous. I was otherwise fine, and I still loved the record from the aesthetic and musical point of view (still do) and all. I just couldn't stomach it from the sonic point of view.
It never happened with another record and I have no idea what it was.

Pisses me off that of all bands fucking Xiu Xiu ends up being the big seller of RSD. None of their previous releases have sold out even close to that fast and the year I decide it's not worth it they're fucking gone.
At least they're repressing.
I need to give it a full listen because I listened to Falling and I wasn't a big fan.
Also everyone knows how sad albums like Knife Play and A Promise are but Fabulous Muscles is one of the most wretched and affecting albums I have ever heard.

Has an album ever made you uncomfortable? I was listening to this for the first time while I was reading up on The Beatles' story and realizing how much tension there was between The Beatles while recording this album made me feel really uncomfortable while listening. It's pretty much listening to 4 people that hate each other trying to make an album.

That's what I thought at first but it got old real quick for me. DC became much more enjoyable the more I listened to it. That being said, TYLS is still fantastic.

She's attractive but her cheekbones could be higher. They're pretty prominent though. Her skin quality is going down as she ages, as does all of us.
Her music? If I had her album and a TLOP album about to fall off a cliff, I'd save the ladder
Is it wrong that I consider Spoon my favorite band? I know they're not that innovative or even that unique but they've been putting out pretty decent material and have been pretty consistent for over 15 years.

This is very bad advice. If I listened to music I wanted to, my taste would be far worse than it is, and I would miss whole realms of music because I'd be stuck at generic pop and jazz.
