Hello, anon. I listen to a lot of obscure twee. I highly recommend When I Was 12/Catnaps. The lead vocalist, Adrianne Gold, has a perfect twee voice. When they changed their name to Catnaps, they also changed their sound to something that they call "twee grunge". I find all of their releases incredible. Many of their EPs are free on bandcamp if you can't find any downloads.
why are Kanye's albums so high-rated by major outlets (AllMusic, Rolling Stone, Q)? they're literally rated on par with Zappa's best albums, and Zappa is (imo) a legit genius.
I've found albums I consider 5/5 in most genres and all decades, but rap pretty universally sounds like shit. is the music industry degenerate or something?
