So anyway I was watching Season 6 and noticed a mistake in the framing. Rule one of magic in MLP - it sparkles when used and the color of magic is unique to the user. Note the mistake in the frame of the second picture.

I have noticed there is a time delay of their horns turning off and the magic they are using following suit.
